Maya Monotype
2001-2003

The "Maya Monotype" are large format silkscreen monotype prints 48" x 42", on B.F.K. paper, 2001 to 2003. It have been shown in New York at severals place between 2002 and 2003.

The work process is a fusion of images used from the work on plexiglas, specially "Mayan Diary." I name them "Garbage Prints" as I print them before the work on plexiglas to check if registration and color are OK. This process is freeing my mind from traditional esthetic frame and give me spontaneous access to energy of the unconscious.
